Circle of Excellence – Growth Award

Serving in her second and final year as president of Women’s Philanthropy (WP), Penny Goodman is a passionate and dedicated leader who has worked tirelessly to further the mission of CJP. Penny has been instrumental in embracing new ideas that push WP to great heights while fostering an atmosphere of collaboration, warmth and inclusiveness. Under Penny’s leadership, Women’s Philanthropy now has a thriving sponsorship program which raised more than $50,000 this year for WP programming. Penny also helped restructure the WP Executive Board, an effort that resulted in greater collaboration amongst board members and increased participation in WP by the broader community.
