How We Live with Purpose

Our work is rooted in compassion and justice — and that is reflected in how we support our employees. In addition to our competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits, we foster a collegial, family-friendly work environment for employees of all religious and ethnic backgrounds.

We also care about each other’s health and wellbeing! Our Living Well initiative includes Lunch and Learn sessions, cooking workshops, a weekly meditation group, and challenges to get us moving (and have some friendly competition, too!).

And, of course, we have fun. From a summer outing to community menorah lightings on Hanukkah to salon-style conversations on topics of interest, we love to gather and enjoy each other’s company.
