Sari Anne Rapkin

Sari Anne Rapkin’s career in public accounting and nonprofit involvement in Greater Boston spanned more than 35 years. Prior to retiring seven years ago, Sari served as an Assurance Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in their Private Company Services practice. Her clients included privately held and private equity backed companies in the retail, distribution, manufacturing, and services industries, as well as several prominent nonprofit institutions in Greater Boston. Sari had the opportunity to work with companies of all stages and sizes, from entrepreneurial start-ups to multi-billion-dollar global public companies.

Sari currently serves on the boards of CJP, Jewish Community Centers of Greater Boston, Jewish Arts Collaborative, Jewish Family Service of MetroWest and Our Generation Speaks. Sari also serves on the Heller School for Social Policy and Management Board of Overseers at Brandeis.

Sari has served a variety of roles at CJP where she was the 2011–2013 Chairperson of the Board of Directors. As one of three Co-chairs of the Strategic Planning Committee, she played an instrumental role in the creation of CJP’s Strategic Plan. She also served as the Chair of the Organizational Development Committee. As Treasurer, she served as the Chair of the Budget & Finance Committee for four years. Sari also co-chaired the 2006–2008 class of CJP's Acharai Leadership Development program. She recently completed her three-year term as Co-chair of CJP’s Boston-Haifa Connection.

Sari is originally from Rochester, New York, and is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology. She resides in Needham, Massachusetts.
