Erin O'Connor has dedicated over five years with the Boston-Haifa Connection's Leadership Development Committee. Erin has consistently demonstrated initiative and leadership, particularly as chair of the Women in Leadership subcommittee, where she has helped organize and execute numerous Mifgash (encounters) events for emerging leaders in both Boston and Haifa.

She has consistently recruited high-level speakers (including Senate President Karen Spilka and MK Naama Lazimi) to speak at the events and has helped facilitate meaningful breakout rooms for networking. Recently, Erin organized a Statehouse luncheon with young legislators for the upcoming Young Lay Leaders Mission to Boston and she is extending warm hospitality by hosting the Haifa Delegation for dinner at her home in Salem. Erin's positive disposition, planning skills, and willingness to jump into almost any project have made her an invaluable Boston-Haifa volunteer!
