A Conservative congregation of 200+ members seeking is Full-time Rabbi (KolBo). The candidate must be an ordained Rabbi to act as the Marata D'Atra, render Halachic decisions, and lead services. Responsibilities include:
- Torah and Haftarah Trope chanting and teaching, Holiday/High Holy Days and delivering sermons on Shabbat and Yom Tovim
- Guide/support lay-led daily and shiva minyanim
- Provide B'nai Mitzvah training and supporting the Religious School
- Attend Board Meetings and come committee meetings to offer guidance
- Perform lifecycle events and ceremonies.
- Maintain community relationships on behalf of the Temple.
- The candidate should reside in the area.
