Office Admin Receptionist

Position: Part-time Office Admin/Receptionist

Hours: Minimum 16 hours per week

Compensation: Starting at $18 per hour; pay will be reviewed at or before 90 days.

Ideal for: Students, parents, or retirees

Flexible Schedule: Saturdays off but some Sundays may be needed, Schedule can be built around employee needs. Currently Mon-Thurs 10-2

 


 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and directing calls

  • Prefer 1yr+ office experience

  • Responding to emails in a timely manner

  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail

  • Greeting clients and visitors professionally

  • Maintaining office and temple calendars

  • Assisting with invoicing and processing payments

  • Conducting data entry and filing tasks

  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies inventory

  • Performing various clerical duties as assigned

  • Organizing RSVPs and managing tasks related to Temple events and holidays

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace 

  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with office equipment

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Basic mathematical skills for invoicing and payments

  • Experience with CRM systems is advantageous
