Are you passionate about LGBTQ rights, Jewish identity, and social justice? Keshet is looking for a dynamic and experienced operations professional to be a key player on our amazing team. As the Development Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our fundraising efforts, managing gift processing, donor acknowledgments, project management for fundraising communications, and supporting various operational needs.

You'll be the anchor of our 5-person development team, ensuring reliability, top-notch customer service, and continuous process improvement. With a growing revenue portfolio nearing $6M, you’ll collaborate across teams to enhance fundraising appeals, donor relations, and data management, making a significant impact on our mission.
This role reports to the Associate Director of Development and requires smart collaboration across teams. We’re looking for candidates based near our Boston (Newton, MA) or New York City (Midtown Manhattan) offices, with the flexibility of partial remote work.

Salary ranges from $58K-$74K, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
