Rabbi Menachem Penner is the Max and Marion Grill Dean of the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary at Yeshiva University, where he has the privilege of mentoring and inspiring the next generation of rabbinic leaders. He is the rabbi emeritus of the Young Israel of Holliswood in Queens, and served as its senior rabbi for nineteen years. The parent of a superstar son with special needs, he speaks across the country on issues of children with disabilities.
