London born and educated, Joe Hyams is a former Ad Exec who today leads the world’s largest grassroots community of over 150,000 supporters demanding fair and accurate coverage of Israel in the news media.

HonestReporting.com is a USA 501c3 and an Israel non-profit organization achieving its goals through media monitoring, grass roots education and the provision of services to journalists in the region via its MediaCentral program.

As regular guest speaker for Israel Mission delegations, student groups, and community leadership seminars, Joe works to raise the bar in media standards as well as community consciousness of the power of media to influence and impact policy and opinion.

He has lectured to Jewish Federations, AIPAC National Policy Conference, The Annual Herzliya Conference, as well as school and community events across the USA, South America, Australia, Hong Kong and in the UK, his former home.

Joe holds a Masters degree and an MBA in non-profit management from the Hornstein Jewish Professional Leadership Program & The Heller School of Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. He made Aliyah in the year 2000 and lives close to Jerusalem with his wife and their six children.
