Over the past five months, Phil has taken a leadership role with CJP’s Governance & Nominating Committee, working with fellow committee members and staff to update the organization’s bylaws. Phil is easy to work with, thorough, and fluent in the detailed language of the document. His expertise is a wonderful asset, and he always makes time to explain details to the others he is working with. Phil serves on CJP’s Board of Directors and has been an active volunteer with CJP and the larger community for many years. In addition, Phil plays a crucial role in securing and maintaining his firm’s sponsorship of our Lawyers & Accountants Event and serves as a great cheerleader for CJP. Phil’s perseverance is impressive and his generosity is contagious.
