Nicole Finkielsztein, Lauren Gendzier and Harris Wallack

Nicole Finkielsztein, Lauren Gendzier, and Harris Wallack are the Co-chairs of Together at Home, a virtual series that CJP launched during the pandemic to help young adults remain socially connected and engaged. Nicole, Lauren, and Harris have remained flexible and nimble during an incredibly difficult year as they worked diligently to engage young adults.

Despite COVID-19 variants, ever-changing event guidelines, and the onset of Zoom fatigue, the Co-chairs remained steadfast in their commitment to this program and to engaging young adults in the work of CJP. Time after time, they rolled with the punches, provided sound judgment, and served as CJP’s ears on the ground across the young adult community – ensuring that CJP was able to make strategic decisions for its target audience. After two-plus years of virtual offerings, CJP was thrilled to welcome young adults back in person with “Finally Together!”, a community building and networking event in early April that Nicole, Lauren, and Harris spearheaded with passion. These Co-chairs are true thought partners who continue to provide critical insight on what young adults are looking for and how CJP can meet the moment. We’re so grateful for their leadership as we reposition CJP as a place for connection, learning, and philanthropy for the next generation.
