Diane J. Exter is an outstanding leader and co-chair of the Boston-Haifa Jewish Education and Identity Committee. Passionate about the Boston-Haifa agenda and generous with her time and skills, Diane provides a rare blend of deep programmatic understanding and financial savvy. Her committee members can rely on her to put in whatever extra time and energy is required for continued progress and stability, and she guides them through challenging conversations, with positive leadership that volunteers and professional staff admire and trust. Her ability to keep the big picture in mind while attending to critical details helps her to move projects forward. Diane also often generously hosts events and Israeli guests in her home. In addition to her great work on behalf of Haifa, Diane also serves as a thoughtful and dedicated member of CJP’s Board of Director.
