Ben is an exceptional leader. He chairs the Next Gen Family Business Group and is the epitome of leading by example, always encouraging fellow leaders and volunteers to take on a greater role. Ben goes above and beyond to partner with CJP professional staff and takes initiative to help the success of the cohort. He is an ambassador not only for the work of the Next Gen Family Business Group but also the work of CJP in the greater community.
